On Location packages include premium seating, world-class hospitality that can include food and beverage, shared or private suites, and other immersive experiences. Known for providing extraordinary access to corporate clients and super-fans alike, On Location is also the Official Hospitality Provider for iconic events such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Super Bowl, the UFC, the NCAA Final Four, and the Ryder Cup.

On Location is the only Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Ticket-inclusive hospitality packages will be sold exclusively by On Location, on FIFA.com/hospitality and by Officially Appointed Sales Agents appointed by FIFA and On Location. These are the only safe and secure ways to guarantee access.

We strongly advise against purchasing packages from unauthorized platforms or sellers.

FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality packages are ticket-inclusive offerings and series that provide premium seating, exclusive entertainment, and upscale food and beverages, with service levels ranging from private suites to shared lounges – and other festive product options within the stadium's secure perimeter – along with a variety of additional one-of-a-kind experiences. These packages provide an elevated experience beyond the standard offerings of other events at host venues, such as NFL games or concerts.

Yes, FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality packages will be available at every match across all 16 host cities. Each venue allows for unique variations in packages, ensuring a distinctive experience; regardless, guests can expect an unparalleled level of hospitality at every location.

Yes. Single-Match hospitality packages with tickets are now available for matches in all three host nations (Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.) in the Group Stage, Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarter-Finals, and the Bronze Final.  Single-Match hospitality packages are not currently available for host nation teams; for those matches, please consider a Series offering.

For those looking to purchase later-round packages now, register your interest and a member of our sales team will contact you about Multi-Match Series and Single-Match Platinum Access Program offerings (for the Semi-Finals or Final).

Yes, accessible/ADA seating is available within specific hospitality packages, subject to availability. If you require accessible/ADA seating, please visit our Contact Us webpage prior to booking for assistance from our Guest Services team.

Parking passes will be allocated based on the package purchased, availability, and requests. Priority will be given to purchasers of Private Suites and Pitchside Lounge offerings at a general rate of one (1) space per four (4) guests at most venues. Parking is currently unavailable in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Vancouver.

At every FIFA World Cup 2026™ match, hospitality will open three (3) hours before the official match start time and will remain accessible for up to two (2) hours after the final whistle except as otherwise outlined in the Sales Regulations.

On Location will provide Kosher and Halal options upon request and will make best efforts to accommodate other dietary restrictions, such as those related to severe food allergies, where possible and subject to availability. Contact information to inquire about dietary needs will be available closer to the tournament.

Information on accommodation services for FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality packages will be provided at a later date.

Gifts will be distributed at the match. The gift will be a FIFA World Cup 2026™-specific collector’s item, only available to hospitality guests, and not available for purchase.

The Final Draw determining the tournament groups and Group-Stage matchups will take place on December 5, 2025. Forty-two teams will be known at the time of the Final Draw; the remaining six qualifying teams will be determined via two playoff tournaments at the end of March 2026. Complete match details including location, dates, and time for each match will be confirmed upon FIFA’s release of the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament schedule.

If a customer’s selected country for the Follow My Team series does not qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, the customer can either apply their already paid funds toward a different hospitality package or receive a full refund.

If a purchased Follow My Team series includes the opening match of any of the three host countries (Canada, Mexico, or the U.S.), an additional premium will be charged. If the team plays in Mexico or Canada, local tax will be applied and reflected on the invoice based on the match location.

On Location sells each hospitality package through its local affiliate in each of Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Additionally, the local On Location affiliate sells the ticket included in each hospitality package as an agent for the local FIFA affiliate in each of Canada, Mexico, and the United States. When your purchase includes a ticket to a match taking place in Mexico, for example, you are purchasing that hospitality package from On Location’s affiliate in Mexico and, as it relates to the included match ticket, FIFA’s affiliate in Mexico. On Location’s Sales Regulations will apply to each purchase regardless of match location. FIFA’s Ticket Terms of Use may vary by match location. Please consult the Hospitality Sales Regulations for more information.

Hospitality packages will be available for purchase by "zones," meaning you can select from different seating areas associated within general stadium locations. Each zone offers a unique tier of hospitality, allowing you to choose the experience level that best suits your preferences. Specific seat or suite locations within each zone will be assigned closer to the event.

In general, every person needs their own ticket. However, each ticket holder can be accompanied by one “baby in arms” who does not need their own ticket. A baby in arms must (i) be 2 years old or under on the day of the relevant match; (ii) not be more than 34 inches tall; and (iii) not occupy a seat in the stadium.

Only one baby in arms per ticket holder is allowed, and they must sit on the ticket holder’s lap. Babies in arms are not allowed in standing sections. Ticket holders may be asked to show proof of the baby’s age and failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the stadium. All ticket holders, including those with babies in arms, must follow the Stadium Code of Conduct, including any applicable rules on baby equipment and baggage. Yes, an interest-free payment plan with two installments is available:

  • First payment: 2/3 of the total is due at the time of purchase.
  • Final payment: 1/3 of the total is due January 15, 2026.

For purchases on or after January 1, 2026: Payment is due in full. Please refer to On Location’s Hospitality Sales Regulations for more information.

Credit card and/or bank wire transfer payments are accepted based on the payment amount:

Orders less than $200,000 U.S. Dollars (USD) or equivalent in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Mexican Pesos (MXN):

  • If your total order is less than $200,000 USD, you can pay in full or make installment payments using a credit card or bank wire transfer.
  • Installment payments will be automatically charged to the credit card saved to your account based on the scheduled payment timeframes.
  • Visa, the Official Payment Services Partner of FIFA, is the preferred payment method for purchasing hospitality packages for the FIFA World Cup 26™.

Orders of $200,000 USD or more: If your total order is $200,000 USD or more, you must use a bank wire transfer (regardless of whether you pay in full or in installments).

Yes, but you will need to update your payment information.

Only one credit card can be used per online transaction. However, you can update the card on file between installment payments by logging in to your account and updating your payment information.

Individual installments cannot be split up for payment via credit card. If you need installments split into multiple payments, On Location can modify the invoice and you will need to pay via wire transfer.

If your order total is less than $500,000, you may pay the first installment with a credit card and the second installment via bank wire, or vice versa. In such cases, contact your account representative or guest services so your account can be updated accordingly. Please refer to On Location’s Hospitality Sales Regulations for more information.

Visa, the Official Payment Services Partner of FIFA, is the preferred payment method for purchasing hospitality packages for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

To process transactions in the local currency of each host nation, there are three separate Checkout Stores that each feature their local currency: Canadian Dollars (CAD), Mexican Pesos (MXN), and U.S. Dollars (USD).

Purchases need to be made in each host nation’s currency (in its related Checkout Store):

Separate purchases are required for match packages in different host nations. For example, a Venue Series package in Mexico City is purchased separate from a Single-Match package in Boston. (This applies to subsequent installment payments for each package.)

All currently available Follow My Team Series on the FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality website will be purchased in the U.S. Checkout Store and paid for in USD.

While not guaranteed, seating requests for separate bookings will be considered on a best-efforts basis and are strictly subject to availability and operational constraints. Please note exact seating locations are not guaranteed.

On Location will make every effort to seat guests together when multiple orders are associated with the same account (File Number and FIFA SSO account). Please note that exact seating locations are not guaranteed.

Hospitality package purchasers will receive their tickets through the Official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Tournament App 1) once it is available by FIFA, and 2) On Location begins distributing hospitality tickets. Please note that the app may be available before hospitality ticket distribution begins, and general admission tickets may appear in the app earlier. Hospitality Guests will receive timing details and download instructions in advance.

All hospitality offerings, including match tickets, will be delivered via the Official FIFA World Cup 26™ Tournament App. Information about hospitality procedures and check-in will be shared prior to the tournament. On Location will notify you once the app is available for download.

Once tickets are added to an account, the account holder is responsible for any ticket transfers in accordance with On Location’s transfer policy, which can be found in the Hospitality Sales Regulations. On Location is unable to transfer tickets on behalf of account holders. To avoid any issues, On Location strongly recommends coordinating your purchase in advance.

All sales of FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality packages, including series, are final. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not permitted. Deposits are fully refundable before they are applied to packages. To request a refund, please contact Guest Services or your dedicated sales agent.

Customers may add to existing packages when additional matches become available, or may upgrade to a higher-tier package, subject to availability. Otherwise, all sales are final.

On Location does not offer event insurance. If a match is canceled (not rescheduled) or held behind closed doors before starting, a full refund for the hospitality package will be issued. For additional details, including our match cancellation/rescheduled policy, please refer to the Hospitality Sales Regulations.

No. Resale of any hospitality package is prohibited. The customer shall ensure that any hospitality packages are only used by the customer or by the customer’s guests, to which the customer provides the hospitality packages. Further details regarding resale can be found in the Hospitality Sales Regulations.

No. Once you enter the venue's security perimeter, re-entry is not permitted.

Yes, refunds are available through the end of the tournament. To request a refund, please contact Guest Services or your dedicated sales agent.

As of July 14, 2025, all available hospitality offerings are now accessible to the general public and the Priority Access period has ended. However, Priority Access deposits will remain on your account as site credits toward any future FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality purchases – or may be refunded at any time before July 19, 2026. If and when new hospitality offerings become available in the future, Priority Access Depositors will be notified in advance of the new offerings going on sale.

No. Priority Access Deposits can only be applied to FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality packages and cannot be used for general tickets that do not include hospitality. Register your interest to stay updated from On Location with the latest hospitality updates.

No. Deposits cannot be transferred or resold. If you no longer wish to use your deposit, On Location can assist you with a refund. To request a refund, please contact Guest Services or your dedicated sales agent. If you plan to attend the tournament with a large group, you should purchase deposits for each individual.

At the end of the Priority Access purchase period, packages will go on sale to the general public and deposits will convert into account credit, which can only be applied to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality package. This account credit will remain refundable, upon request, through the end of the tournament.

  • Go to your FIFA Hospitality Account and log in by entering your email and FIFA ID password.
  • Navigate to your Account Overview page, the My Packages section, select Priority Access Deposit, and click “download” on each deposit you made.
  • Input your name and click “save.” A PDF will generate in a new tab/window with your 16-digit Priority Access voucher code(s).
  • If purchasing U.S.-based matches: Select your hospitality package(s), navigate to checkout, and input your code(s).
  • If purchasing Canada- or Mexico-based matches: Select your hospitality package(s), navigate to checkout, and complete your purchase as normal. You can then submit a refund request for your Priority Access Deposit*.

*Note that all Priority Access Deposits were sold and processed in U.S. dollars. It’s not possible to convert deposits into the local currency for packages in Canada or Mexico (those transactions must be completed in CAD and MXN, respectively, in their related Digital Checkout Store). Priority Access Deposit refunds are available at any time before the end of the tournament.

However, if you are not interested in any inventory eligible for deposit applicability, then On Location will refund your deposit amount in U.S. dollars.

Please note, refunds of your Priority Access deposits are available to you at any time before the end of the tournament.

No. If you received a refund for a Priority Access deposit, you will not have access to Priority Access pre-sales.

No. If you have been contacted by or purchased a package through an On Location or officially appointed sales agent, there is no additional action needed to take on the hospitality website. If you have purchased a Priority Access deposit and already purchased a FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality package through a sales agent, you are still eligible to purchase additional packages on the site.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please first check your spam folder. If you find the confirmation email there, mark it as not spam to ensure you receive future communications. If you accidentally deleted your confirmation email or still cannot find it, log in to our FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality website and navigate to “My Account.” You will be able to find a record of your purchase(s), and you can download it as a PDF.

First, log in to our FIFA World Cup 2026™ hospitality website with your FIFA ID and navigate to "My Account." Next, go to "Profile and Payment Methods" where you can save, update, add, and delete your information. Email addresses are not editable at this time.

Please note, if you have tickets to any FIFA tournament (e.g., FIFA Intercontinental Cup or FIFA Club World Cup), certain fields, such as name, last name and email, will be locked for editing.

Credit card payment is the quickest and most secure way to make your payment. Please note that American Express is not a credit card payment option for Mexico-based hospitality offerings at this time.

Fans traveling to attend matches in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. will need to satisfy the entry requirements of each host country.

Past Visa and other International travel programs surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026™, such as/similar to FAN ID or Hayya, will not be implemented for this tournament. Please contact the host country’s embassy and/or consulate in your local country for further information on Visa processes and timelines.

Purchases are final and not refundable. Such cases will be addressed on a case-by-case basis but shall be dependent upon evidence and cause for entry to the host country.
